Domestic Shipping:
For customers within the United States, we use UPS for all deliveries. If everything you ordered is in stock, we’ll process your order within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. The cost of shipping depends on your location and will be calculated when you check out. We’ll also add provincial tax based on the province of the billing address.
International Shipping:
We’re happy to ship internationally and offer different delivery options. Once we receive your order and confirm your payment, we’ll process it within 24 hours and ship it from our warehouse in Toronto using UPS. The shipping cost will depend on where you are. You’ll see the customs duty and sales tax calculated at checkout. We’ll email you with the shipping method and costs.
Shipping Restrictions:
Right now, we can’t ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, or Poste Restante addresses. Orders to these addresses will be canceled.
Exchange and Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to exchange or return items, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. Just make sure the items are in their original condition with all the tags attached. We can exchange items of equal or greater value for domestic orders only. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, except for defective products. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the original shipping charges. International returns won’t include shipping costs, customs duties, or sales taxes, and we don’t do product exchanges for international orders. All sale items are final sale.
Return Process:
Send us an email at info@z-altitude.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Make sure to use the provided RMA number inside the box when you return the items. We reserve the right to deny refunds that don’t meet our policy requirements. You’ll get your refund within 7 days of us receiving the return. We’ll email you once it’s done or if we issue a store credit.
